Yes! CHOMPI's entire panel enclosure is designed to be completely user serviceable/swappable with a 2mm Allen wrench/driver (or Philips driver depending on the screw). If for any reason you wish to remove, flip, or swap out your panels, they are all individually mounted with just a couple of M3 screws (Just be extra careful not to strip out the screws by using an incorrect tool).
The bottom panel, however, is slightly different as it uses both screws as well as 4 custom rubber feet/thumbscrews (which can be easily loosen by hand). See image below:
